home front

i'm having a bad life...

the past few weeks have been odd to say the least

trouble is mos def on the home front :(

summer time

i've been feeling really drained lately and i can't seem to figure out why.

green tea certainly doesn't do anything but taste good to me

i tried eating healthy..nothing

sleeping early and taking naps only seems to be a quick fix for a little

..its all a mystery to me at this point in time.

on a lighter note

i'm trying to rack in some extra summer money: working summer school, committees, subbing

it just seems like a lot of work for not much pay but oh well, at least i'm trying.

i've also been rather crafty with moving into our own place

i've made a calendar using a picture frame

pot holders using our beautiful tiles

working on a picture wall

and hopefully a lot more to come!

i'm in desperate need of a hair-cut which i'm hoping to fix today

and new clothes! i'm seriously @ the point where everything is worn & i'm over the whole saggy butt thing from the morning haha. i'm hoping to nix this problem with some sales & summer earnings :)

also been feeling like i'm totally missing out on summer..

the lazy days @ the beach worshiping the sun. 

storto's. 

driving range. 

craft days. 

shopping. 

cooking. 

baking.

driving to random locations.

taking pictures.

busting a move in the car with my girls.

movie days.

painting nails 

                                  ...............blah :\

frightening conclusion

i've come to the frightening conclusion that: caring = stress

if i didn't care so much about how my students do, what they learn, how they behave, and the outcome of their fates then i would stress a WHOLE lot less.

care less vs. stressing!?!

hello, my name is: i need a new lifestyle

desperately seeking a new lifestyle. requirements are as follows...

1.) energy
2.) lack of consequences
3.) fully equipped sewing machine
4.) no pimples
5.) a yard
6.) anxiety free
7.) clothes that fit perfectly (i.e. no saggy but, no bulge, no boobage showing, comfy, vesatile)
8.) job stability
9.) clean floors
10.) finished kitchens
11.) weekend fun
12.) walls that are picture perfectly decorated
13.) dance moves :)

i'm in serious need of a fun physical workout, that well is more fun than workout. hula, tahitian, jazzercise, hula hooping w/a weighted hoop?! i'd be down, its just that i would love some company cause what fun is exercising w/o someone to to laugh w/you!?

on a lighter note..today makes THREE long years that chaz and i have been together.
i know, i know..its a miracle that we aren't sick of each other :)

we made an addition to our little family: kiawe
celebrated another year together

reunited with roomates & friends
grooved to no doubt
celebrated a 22nd bday stay-cation style
helped to create this fabulous candy bouquet center pieces for a surprise party
ushered in a new little blessing, wayne
cheered roni on in her sr. homecoming game with a sign made by me
went to my first baby shower for baby lia
invested & found a new way to spend time together, stand up paddle boarding
but one thing remains the same..
i'm still in love with this HOT DOG!
